Concept
The complex of buildings, consisting of two structures, is placed eloquently in the existing topography, in order to make sure that the course of terrain and the environment keep their original character. To the South remains a large, continuous garden area to which all apartments are facing.
Architecture
Thanks to the specifically contoured building shape, the house fits optimally in its surroundings and interlinks with the green space. The apartments including loggias protrude into the garden and offer a marvelous view. From the perspective, the buildings may appear small, but have the scale of a larger family house.
Apartments
Each apartment features a generous entrance, which merges fluently into the living area. Together with the kitchen- and dining area the apartment has a spacious character. The open designed layout allows a multitude of furniture possibilities. Big, room-high glass windows provide a large amount of sunlight and offer a view out into nature.
The start of work is planned for the end of the year, where the 12 apartments will be ready to move into spring/summer 2018.
Garden
Grasses and groves of different height shield off the general zones from the private area. The newly planted bushes and shrubs form different visual links.
Along the border of the plot, a large flower meadow creates a nature orientated green area. In the zones at ground level close to the buildings, bushes and shrubs protect against prying eyes and offer privacy. The embankments in the East with their flower spikes and ornamental grasses are going to bloom all year round.
Facade
Light-coloured base and parapet bands tie the contoured building together and stand in contrast to the facade surface in between. A mineral based render with a subtle fluted surface gives a fibre appearance to the facade surface. The play between textile easiness and a solid balustrade underline a classic tripartite of the facade. Filigree banisters and slender metal shrouds support the concept of the facade.
Loggia
The open-fronted loggias are an integrated part of the layouts and are optimally aligned to the South. Filigree sliding folding windows guarantee a flexible, useful interface as a connector between the interior and exterior. They can be opened along the whole width and are easy to clean from the inside. The glass profiles of the patented heat-absorbing vitrification are three times slender than comparable products.

ENERGY / ECOLOGY
Minergie
The building is certified with the Minergie label and therefore guarantees a high standard of living comfort, improved value retention and significant savings in terms of energy costs.
Heat generation via a geothermal probe and passive cooling allows ecological heating in winter and comfortable cooling in summer.
Comfort ventilation with a pollen filter offers the best possible, pollen-free ventilation.Heating
The high-efficiency geothermal probe heat pump offers economical heat generation.
Passive cooling can reduce your apartment temperature in summer by up to four degrees.
Heating via low-temperature underfloor heating with individual room control.Ventilation
Comfort ventilation in all apartments and DIY rooms prevents mould formation and guarantees ventilation without heat loss in winter and the best night-time cooling in summer.
Ventilation can be controlled on an apartment-by-apartment basis.
A fine pollen filter resolves any hay fever problems within your own four walls.
Mechanical ventilation of cellar rooms and parking area.@i18n Schliessen -
Disabled access
The entire complex is disabled-friendly and has been planned with the input of appropriate specialists. Building entrances, balconies, terraces and cellar areas and attic rooms all offer step-free access.

Security systems
The development was planned with the input of break-in prevention from the police.
The windows of ground-floor apartments are equipped with RC2N break-in protection, while entrance doors meet RC3 and cellar doors RC2 standards.
Porch with video surveillance and a mechatronic locking system offers additional security.@i18n Schliessen -
Sound insulation
All components and constructions meet the increased sound protection requirements of SIA 181.
All sanitary and kitchen installations are specially decoupled.
The especially sound-insulating door panel at the apartment entrances reduce noise levels by 46 dB.
Footfall insulation using mineral wool (instead of cheaper EPS) also reduces noise in the low-frequency range.@i18n Schliessen
Individual development
We build modern condo's to match individual requirements. The personal idea of one's own use and living quality can be included in the planning. Constraints are merely the installation zone and the bearing walls due to static loading. We develop this property with a well-rehearsed team of competent design planners, specialists, and entrepreneurs. Your contact persons are the same from the first meeting until the hand-over of the keys.
Bathroom
To make sure your bathroom meets your individual requirements, you have the possibility to choose devices and surfaces yourself. Also, the disposition of devices allows different arrangements and can be considered during the planning phase.
Kitchen
The kitchens of Ernesto Meda meld minimalist design with functionality. The elegant kitchens fit seamless into the whole concept of the generous living space. The open interior design of the kitchens invites to take your time and be creative.
